The tracking was way better than I expected. Every update was right on time and matched what was happeneing, so I wasn’t left guessing at all.

My BoxLunch order got here exactly when they said it would!!! The tracking updated like it was supposed to, and the box was in good shape too, not all smashed up or anything!!! I was a little worried it might be delayed, but nope, it arrived right on time!!! Super easy order, no delivery issues, no stress!!! 5 stars from me!!!

I don’t really get why anyone would complain about this hoodie. It feels sturdy, the material doesn’t seem cheap, and the print actually looks nice in person. I’ve worn it a few times already and I’m happy with it.

I usually have a good experience shopping at BoxLunch. They tend to have a nice mix of the things I’m looking for, especially collectible figures and graphic shirts. I’ve found some really cool anime and Disney pieces there that I didn’t see at other stores, and the shirt designs are usually better quality and more detailed than I expect. A couple of sizes were sold out when I checked, but it wasn’t a huge issue. I also like that popular items sometimes come back in stock, I just wish it was a little easier to tell when that’s going to happen

Kind of have to give them credit for that.

boxlunch has way too much good stuff and I’m kind of mad about it. Every time I go on there just to look, I end up finding Disney, anime, or some random fandom thing I absolutely don’t need but suddenly have to buy. The site is easy to browse, which does not help my self-control at all, and there’s always something new waiting to tempt me. So yeah, great selection, but I fully blame them for making it impossible to leave empty-handed

One of the mugs showed up cracked, which put me in a bad mood right away because I was excited to use it. But then support got back to me quickly and sorted it out, so I went from irritated to relieved fast. Still a little frustrating, but at least they made it right.
